Spring Session 1 - 1x Per Week

We are excited to start our spring training session 1! This will last from the second week of March through the beginning of May.

These sessions will help players make massive jumps in their basketball skills, including:

 
- Shooting: mechanics/form, shooting off the catch and off the dribble, increasing consistency and range, making game level shots
 
- Ball Handling: improving ball control, adding different dribble moves and counters, increasing confidence with the ball, handling defensive pressure, and passing
 
- Finishing: making layups off of one and two feet with each hand, adding new finishes like off foot layups and stride stop options, floaters, and finishing through contact
 
- Decision Making: being able to read the defense in multiple game situations, learning how to process and adapt faster, improving confidence when it comes to decision making
 
Every player will get access to our online training platform with drills and workouts so that they can continue to improve outside of our workouts!
